You mean from current NBA? That's probably Isaiah Thomas at PG, Some Shooting Guard I Cannot Identify, Paul Millsap at SF, Draymond Green at PF and Marc Gasol (or DeAndre Jordan) at C.I wonder how a team built solely with 2nd rounders would fare.
Without cherry picking fantasy style.You mean from current NBA? That's probably Isaiah Thomas at PG, Some Shooting Guard I Cannot Identify, Paul Millsap at SF, Draymond Green at PF and Marc Gasol (or DeAndre Jordan) at C.
So to be clear, what you mean is "I wonder what kind of a team you'd end up with if your only method of acquiring players was drafting in the second round."I wonder how a team built solely with 2nd rounders would fare.
Should have tanked harder.NBAdraft.net has those guys going #13&14 right before us.

Can we get Patton's and Nurkic's fathers in the same room together? I wanna see that!!

Cage match?
Or beer drinking contest.![]()
How about bear wrestling?First: beer drinking;
Second: cage match

Mitchell at #15, Patton at #20 and Giles at #26. Problem with Mitchell is that even if he turns out very good, he can still only play minutes that CJ doesn't. He cannot really be a small forward or anything other than a guard. He could maybe play point guard though in which case there would be time.Okay, how do we get Mitchell, Patton and Giles?
Why couldn't he play with CJ?Mitchell at #15, Patton at #20 and Giles at #26. Problem with Mitchell is that even if he turns out very good, he can still only play minutes that CJ doesn't. but Miami won a championship with wade mostly @ PG and a diminished shaq as his robin.He technically could since CJ is our backup PG but man do I hate it. I love CJ but I wish Stotts would stop letting him run the offense. CJ is as much of a PG as Wade in my eyes.
Weren't GP and White Chocolate running PG on that team?but Miami won a championship with wade mostly @ PG and a diminished shaq as his robin.

Heavy Patton exposure. Hmm. He reminds me of Andrew Bynum.
Just was looking at the way he runs. A bit hunched over, long gaits. Bynum was pretty nimble before he got fat too.Not sure about that one. Bynum had some hubris coming out. Patton seems more humble. Also Bynum was a beast, where Patton is lighter and quicker with a better outside shot. I'm starting to push him up my list. He has a great body for the NBA, but his low rebounding numbers concern me a bit. That always seems to translate directly into the NBA (B. Lopez). A guy with his standing reach should have more blocks and rebounds. I also prefer the idea of a 4/5 player here so they can get more minutes and either replace Vonleh or at least be the primary backup.

Is Myles Turner a better comp?
If you mean the Latvian who plays for Joel Freeland's old Spanish team, he's actually pretty interesting. Check out these videos from the ACB website:Who the hell is the Spaniard
