To me this is solid. This guy has a chance of breaking the rotation if he is healthy and accepts the role.

Yes, in his last full year in GS, he did pretty well. Shot .584 from the two, per 36 had over 11 rebounds, 3.4 assists, over one steal, and almost two blocks. He did a lot of very good things for Golden State. He can play.
*You’reI am not saying this team is perfect or Neo is perfect but if as a fan all you can do is bitch and moan maybe it's time you look at WHY your a fan of this team and decide IF maybe it's time to move on. --- just my 2 cents

Except Chriss is better than those two ever were.
Normally you're pretty serious so...you guys do know that not every comment here should be taken literally....right? This isn't a no-wisecrack zone
This dude isn't really still 6'9 is he? He looks taller than that.
It’s gonna be a good battle between him and smith. Barring injury (LOL) idk which one has better odds of making the team. Smith seems to have more upside but Chriss was very solid for the warriors two seasons ago. His Ws/48 and VORP would’ve placed him in Portland’s top 5.
His per/36 numbers
16.5 ppg
11.0 rpg
1.9 bpg
3.4 apg
1.2 spg
3.7 fpg
.604% TS
77% FT
He can also switch comfortably onto the perimeter.
I think he’s actually more of a four than a five as I don’t see him as a great rim protector. If he’s made any improvements with his jumper, he’s gonna make a real impact. He still might regardless.
I like the invite. Another young defender and lob threat that can be had on the cheap and worth a look. At least he is taller then 6'7", we need another big body. Reminded me of a Ed Davis type without the rebounding.
Wiki also provided this fact I didn't know of him:
On January 31, in a 102–88 win over the Dallas Mavericks, Chriss reached 100 career steals, three-pointers and blocks at 20 years, 213 days old. He became the third youngest player ever to reach 100 of each with only LeBron James and Kevin Durant doing so younger.[34] On April 1, Chriss scored a season-high 22 points against the Golden State Warriors.[35] He topped that mark on April 6 with 23 points against the New Orleans Pelicans.[36]
Not sure where he'd fit with Nance and Zeller on the bench.
After the preseason last year I made Harry Giles look like KG!
because everybody loves to watch missed shots..turnovers..dumb fouls and blown coverages SO MUCH!Look at his career body of work.
When KG was a rookie or even into his 2/3rd year, he flopped more than any big guy in the league. When his man would back him down it didnt take much for him to hit the floor. He was constantly on the floor. After the preseason last year I made Harry Giles look like KG!
With the athletes we have, I hope we have someone who can throw lobs....
Billups will make Dame a better point guard.
LINK?And the offense will flow.
Safeway meat deli...go for the Polish links...maybe some Chorizo...mix those two together and you've got the plump Big John combo!LINK?
Please don't judge him good or bad off a "highlight" reel.
