Id like to see Vonleh and Montero coached and worked on together. I think that duo can be a young powerful picknroll/picknpop combo that could be a huge bench strong point this coming season.

Obviously both have much to improve on, but both also seem to have a huge ceiling capable of potential starter quality or more. With the right mentoring/coaching, they might be part of our future with Dame, CJ, Leonard and potentially Plumlee. The combined potential is extremely impressive to me.
