Believe I lost one of my trees tonight. The wet heavy snow bent the branches over so far they snapped at the trunk. No damage to power lines or any structures.

First time I ever lost a tree in Vancouver to snow. I have been here for almost 40 years and only lost one big old apple tree to high winds, but never to snow.

I would bet there are going to be a lot of power outages due to trees coming down.
