Aren’t you tired of being mediocre? Or just bad? Dame is a top 75 player of all time….scoot hasn’t played a minute and shaedon had 12 good games at the end of the season. I think we win two of those games.

I haven’t been able to watch the team on TV since 2020 so I guess I’m lucky? Yeah I’m tired of being mediocre but 20 teams every year are mediocre. Dame is on the way back down to earth. His value will not be higher than it is right now. I want to stop feeling nostalgic about the past and start looking to the future. Even if the future is 35-45 wins for a few years. I wanna see a drafted core grow together again.

It's true. That's why, when one is breaking down minutes distribution, it's always wiser to look at minutes over 82 games, rather than over one game.

So, if we give 48 minutes for each guard spot and, say, 12 for the 3... that's 108 minutes in a game between four guys. That's 27 minutes a game for each of the four guys.

But over 82 games, that is 8856 minutes... even without significant injuries, guys are going to miss five or six games a year. So if we divide 8856 by 304 (4*76, where 82-6=76) that's up to 29 minutes a game, and that's a pretty conservative average.

The Blazers shouldn't have to rely on guards like Skylar Mays and Tony Snell as starters at any point of the season like we have the last couple of years.

I liked when we ran out two teams in 1999. We could do that here. Start Rider and Damon. Then bring in Jim Jackson and Greg Anthony.
