He sure got deep with his change in course, which is commendable. Man of conviction!

speaking of, how long will it take for Stotts to try convert him away from his natural talent into a range 3pt shooter like he tried with Meyers.

Uhh he’s already shoot 3s on a high volume, average 6.6 3 point attempt a game for his career. So you can’t blame Stotts for turning him into a range 3 point shooter cause he’s technically is already one

oh god this narrative is still alive I see. There’s nothing about Meyers DNA that says natural center. He grew up a guard. He has no desire to bang with anyone in the post. He even said it himself back when Stotts started letting him shoot threes. That’s not his comfort zone. Never has been, never will be. Show muscles.

Simmons on his pod referenced some potential health issue with Roco. Cited another team that apparently did not want to trade for him because of all his nagging injuries. He plays through them but isn't as effective as a result.

Simmons and Jackie think we'll be in the running for HCA or even top 3, but unsure of how we'll do in the playoffs.

Awesome. He’s been compared to Crash. Well, Crash was starting to show signs of wear-and-tear here.

Yeah heard that, it was a little concerning.

Stats be damned, I love RoCo.

He's been fillin it up lately though man. ESPN is broken or I could tell you his L10 stats but when I looked the other day he was shooting better from the field and better from three than his career averages. He has really turned it around.

People actually wanted him to stop shooting at one point lolol. A vet like Roco, it was just a matter of time until he settled in. All the little things he does also remind me of Gerald Wallace, who was my favorite non blazer in the league before we got him.

Crash was my favorite Blazer.... cuz he landed us Dame!

He's finally up to double digits in PER.

I’m curious whether his respectable 3 point shooting average reflects a consistent shooting number or has always been what we’ve seen this season: a lot of nights where he’s dead cold and a few nights where he’s red hot.

In terms of percentage, that's generally true for the majority of guys who aren't high-volume three-point shooters. When one successful shot is the difference between an excellent night (2/5 from three) and a terrible night (1/5 from three), you're going to see high variance night to night.

That’s true. I was just looking at the last 3 games where he went 0-5 from 3 against the Nuggets and Lakers and then last night where he went 5-7.

RoCo is more like 4/4 and 0/4 any given night. He's significantly more extreme in that respect.

I've wondered if this is validated by the numbers. Sure feels this way doesn't it?
