I think Charlotte only has 14 roster spots filled & they are well below the tax line.

I wonder if Portland can combine this with the Knick trade & route both Svi & Arcidacono to Charlotte. Then Portland would not have to cut GBIII.

I didn't say franchise history. See..... once again you're making shit up! I said "of my lifetime" and I still think that was the worst TEAM I have ever seen. Just selfish play. Bunch of gunners. I hated watching them.

Yup, I said yesterday I wouldn't be surprised if we traded the pick today. I figured that's probably what was being sent out before the terms were made public.

I like this, but if people didn't like Josh Hart not shooting...

In general, wouldn't it be nice if we could get WHOLE players instead of half-players? I mean, combine Cam Reddish and Thybulle into one player and...well, we wouldn't've been able to acquire THAT player, I guess.
 
Good Lord. Thybulle averages about 3 points and 2 rebounds. Another player off the scrap heap.

Reddish and Thybulle both can’t score. But great moves anyway!

That's what they do. They facilitate moving the type of guys we should be getting and get a lesser player in return.
 
Bench has no proven shooters. These changes are lateral at best. But what are you gonna do. Some owners/GMs swing for the fences; go all in. POR just doesn't have what it takes to do that. They need two additional players better than Grant and then things get interesting.

Getting Thybulle allows us to move Gary and or Justise for a big. I'm guessing thats whats happening.

Define proven bench shooters. Shae shoots 33.6% on 3s this year. GP2 shoots 52% on 3s this year, Little is at 40% on 3s and Trendon at 45%.

I think it is pretty clear that Shae has the potential to be an excellent scorer in the NBA. Trendon is also pretty decent at scoring for a bench guy. The Blazers certainly need an upgrade in bench production, buy the Blazers are not that bad at shooting even from the bench. They are young and inconsistent at scoring, for sure.
