man, i wonder if lma coming in next game is gonna slow us down at all? i know nate will likely want to hold the ball to make sure there isnt any turnovers on the fast break, and make sure lma gets his post ups...but damn, lma likes to run too!

this could be good
 
Hey guys, nice effort from that team tonight eh? It'll be interesting to see how this goes round two in a couple of nights and when they get LMA back into the fold, but overall this looks like a pretty balanced team that has enough horses to push the edges on defense and maybe enough fire power to put up some points. Not bad.

it is a weird feeling, with roy and oden gone, its all about the now, less about dreaming of potential and whatnot...living in the moment... man this acid is awesome

THIS and repped... Reminds me a lot of the 98-99 Blazers. No real stars, but a nice team effort. Also, this will help our defense as well. The more "Team" they implement, the better their help D will develop. GO BLAZERS!
 
I say send the game tape to New Orleans and offer Wes and Williams for Eric Gordon.
 
A week and 1 preseason game and all of the sudden the optimism is running wild in this joint.
 
This is a very good team. As KingSpeed said, we need to stay away from injuries. If we have reasonable luck with regard to injuries we are going to be in the thick of things.

Since we added Crawford, Smith, and Thomas I've been saying we are actually better than last year. Much more usable depth. Also Nolan Smith doesn't look that bad
 
to be fair, utah is pretty bad, but i was really encouraged by the defense tonight. crash was up in every ones face trapping the pg as well, and cj is just a beast blocking shots, hes like our javale mcgee

Nah I think we all know this is just a pre-season game. The energy was really good. It was 100% a team effort. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a different 2nd scorer every night.
 
Did anyone else notice we were trapping and trying to run more. Maybe Nate's quote "We are looking to run more" actually will happen this season?

Just FYI, firstrowsports gave my computer a virus somehow. Did anyone have a problem with this? Instead of watching the game, I had to buy something to fix it and that may have lead to some fraudulent bank charges. No es bueno.
 
eeek never had that problem though, been watching the niners on that site all year
 
Great game....... HCP just got some from the Mrs. Watching the LA vs LA game and about to read this amazing game thread. Look forward to seeing what some of the Debbie Downers on here chose to complain about in this one. See you in a minute!
