Being great in summer league isn't an exact science.

We just got a good mix of guys that are desperate to keep their NBA hopes afloat.

Thanks for posting that. I forgot about that play as I was so fucking irritated by having to listen and watch Jerry Stackhouse talk about himself at the time that I barely noticed it.

I think the progress of this team from the first game to the this last game has been remarkable.
The coach and staff have made this rag tag bunch into a fairly well diciplined team especialy considering we do not have any true point guards.
The wings we have are shooters mostly, and they have been able to get the ball with balance into the the bigs as well as shoot the ball.
I was afraid the team was going to lose when Biggie and Layman went out with the four fouls. Great job everyone!

Collins is out because of a bruise?

Once years ago I got a deep thigh contusion playing basketball. I made a fake and a spin move in the key and the guy I faked jumped, and came down into my thigh with his knee while I was powering up. Knocked me right down to the floor and out of the game. Had to crawl off. Didn't have any ice, and didn't treat it in any way when I got home. My thigh stiffened up so bad and had such a knot in it that it took me weeks to get my flexibility and range of motion back. I try never to judge other people's injuries.
