Because he still hasn't figured out to give the ball up a little more. That he can probably get a better look by giving it up and making a move without the ball to get it back. I think he and CJ get overcriticized for the same reason, personally.

They don't like him shooting all time even that's why they draft him. They also don't look at his overall game that has improved a lot from last year.

Trent played pretty well. Stokes actually made some plays as well which surprised me. He was horrible in the game I went to.

But no one else will have watched it to corroborate what he knew. So he'll just seem weirder.

What have we learned from summer leagues play so far? Probably not anyone who would be worth considering adding to the roster. Doubts as to whether Trent will get any regular rotation minutes in the regular season. Little needs a lot of work. Anfernee play very encouraging, although looks as if he needs more work as PG.

Outside of Simons, there isn't another player on our SL team I'd want to see play a single regular season minute. Trent, Hoard, Little and Robinson would be a good start for a G-League team, though.

I liked his interview at the end of the game. He knows he is far from a finished product and he will keep working hard to get better. Sounds like his dad has installed a great work ethic in him. Year 3 is huge for these 1 and done's. One more year on the bench.

Stokes reminds me of the Rhino. Just a massive mostly groud-bound lump.
