The only thing I got problems with Swanigan playing center he not rim proctector he good rebounder but he not a guy with whole alot leaping ability he just not that type player. He gets rebounds because he get good position and he box out well. So to me he a power foward now can step in there and play some center sure but his best position will be power foward.

You just described a guy who needs to be under the basket to be effective. I agree Caleb is not a rim protector, but PF's these days need to be out covering the perimeter, how is Swanigan going to be effective when he is away from the basket? His strength is rebounding and if he is not under the basket he will not be much use.

If there is one thing we can take away from summer league, for rookies, is how they move. Swanigan to me moves well for a center, I am just not sure if he moves well for a PF.

I think he will be average defender outside. But he has same problem that Vonleh has he has a hard time finish in traffic. He actually been playing power foward with Collins and been alright so far in games. Remember for him playing power foward that not going to hurt him rebounding it hasn't hurt vonleh.

Swanigan will look even better next to Nurkic. Nurkic will take up most of the key and Swanigan will cover whatever's left.

Imagine needing the rebound for a last shot and having Nurkic, Swanigan and vonleh all on the court together to grab it! The other team may as well just sit down and wait for us to grab it. This team will certainly give us more opportunities then we had last season. You have to have the ball in order to have a chance to win!

We know have a better chance simply because we can rebound better. Something I don't think we emphasize enough around here.

You're not gonna see all 3 of them on the court together.

Vonleh can guard the 3 so I wouldn't say it's a stretch to assume we could see those 3 on the court together. Would be for defensive purposes though, much better offensive combinations.

But dame/turner/vonleh/biggie/Nurk would be a ton of length 2-5

This thread makes me happy some of you have nothing to do with deciding who plays were.

That is absolute fallacy.

It was a good joke that fit his character actually. It made me laugh
I dont mind it, I like jokes and I joke all the time, but to be honest, they shouldve wrote that it was a joke, so I would know Collins didnt played

I didn't think it necessary since people mentioned in the previous game he was injured and shut down for summer league
