Travis' bank shot won the game for us. Unbelievable shot.

Wow. Tough win. I was hoping we'd be able to sit the starters for part of the 4th to save them for the SA game, but oh well. A win is a win is a win.

Roy's late game heroics saved us once again. Nice win!

Counts as a W. That's all that's important right now.

Huge game tomorrow.

yes!!! thanks to all for the link. I was sick in a Boston hotel room and it was great to see the Blazers, even if in Spanish!

Anyone else see Darius and Nate talking to each other on the court?

That was a prayer of a shot. I couldn't hear the whistle. Was he just throwing it up on continuation. Or was he taking it because....something I think Travis would do...

Hard-fought game by the Grizzlies, especially considering they're just playing for pride. Great playoff prep for the Blazers -- solid execution down the stretch!

Interesting to see Miles come over and hug Nate. They had a little conversation there - I'd be interested to know what about.

Joel and Greg finished with 2 fouls a piece. Why did Nate play Frye at all? He should let one of Joel or Greg foul out before giving Frye any time on the court.

I think that was the shot he wanted, lol!!

We desperately need Blake Griffin in this draft.

And thank God for Tiger basketball because I can't take the sports in this city.

Well. At least SAS will be on a back to back as well. Hope the Blazers youth will help them neutralize the travel disadvantage.

Escaped with a win, but a W is a W is a W.

Greg had 5 fouls, and Nate may have been taking it easy on Joel for energy reasons. Fouls aren't the only reason to pull a player out.

Unfortunately, I don't think those last six by Roy where he was ushered to the hoop will happen in the playoffs.

Might not be QUITE that easy, and probably won't happen consecutively, but he's pulled similar moves on elite teams as well. That's not going to suddenly end come playoff time.

A must win considering all the teams in the playoff race with us won tonight.

No they didn't! Oden had five.

Oh oops, my bad. Well, still, Nate is rather conservative with our centers. Frye kills us whenever he's in, so unless one of our centers foul out, Channing should not be used.

Did you catch Joel's parting comment to some hecklers in the crowd that Blazer broadcasting picked up?

"Take that, motherbleepers!"

And I thought we had such choirboys on our roster. ;)
