Yeah, I didn't hate LeBron...
...Until the end of this game. He's officially passed Kobe in my book. I look forward to them getting dashed in the playoffs.

LeBron did the same shit last season when he beat us at home with his last second drive.

It's official: LeBron is a bigger a-hole than K*be.

Yep. And K*be hasn't become any less of an a-hole, either. LeBron just keeps elevating his game.

The crowd gave him shit all night and he got the final laugh and he rubbed it in. I don't see the big deal, it's entertainment. This type of stuff is legendary in NY with Reggie and Knick fans.

I agree here.

I think this is the continuing maturation of LaMarcus here. I keep waiting for the game where he reverts back to the jump shooting, low rebound # getting softy, and he hasn't.

He's aggressive and consistent, and being the player the team needs him to be. Tonight wasn't lost because of LaMarcus, but because of poor execution late in regulation. Why Andre was even IN the game late is beyond me, or at least why he was an option. Nate shouldn't put Andre in a situation where he has to hit a long jumper to win the game.

Was Andre trying to lower his trade value? He played an atrocious game tonight. If you could pin the lost on any one single player, it would be him.

Uh no. Miller was put in the game ice cold with one minute to play in the fourth, no rhythm, no sweat going and asked to hit jumpers. That's a tall order. Really the loss is on no one, the Heat are just that damn good and the fact that it went to overtime is kind of shocking given how dominant Wade and Lebron were.

They needed 78 points from the best two players in the league to beat us in overtime. But still, like I said before, there are no moral victories.

It's a loss, for sure, but I don't feel bad about it. LaMonster was fantastic again. Starting to add assists to his bag of tricks.

I'm claiming moral victory. There's no question but what they are the better team right now. We took them to overtime. And LeBron is immoral, so ... moral victory.

Just watched the game. Patty Mills should've taken the last shot of regulation.

Had fun at the game tonite. Bummer we didn't win, but still had a good time. It was a full house and pretty loud at times. The RG would have exploded if Miller had hit the shot at the end of regulation. I'm just happy I finally made it to my first game of the season. Pretty bad shape when I got home, but I'm hoping I'll recover enough to make it to the Nets game next Saturday.

Andre upset McMillan didn't play him in the 4th.

This is where we all get mad at him, right? I mean, everyone gets mad at Roy when Roy talks about not being happy about something.

I'm glad Miller's on the way out.

Come on guys, where's the outrage? Everyone should be furious right now. We can't have players complaining about their role on the team. It makes them a bad person and means we should turn on them. Don't stop now.

I think it depends on what the player happens to be upset about.

Are you this always this petulant?

Miller's comments are pretty delusional.

The Heat are very vulnerable to a quick point guard who can shoot.
Pretty much the opposite of Miller.

I thought it should have been LaMarcus.

In fact, I was thinking the last play of the game was a pretty damn bad one.
It went away from everything that had been successful up until that point.

It's not real surprising that it failed.

I hate to quote Sheed, but both teams played hard. It was a good game that Portland had a chance to win, and I think that's all we should expect against that team.

Vulnerable? They've won 22 of 23 games

Respect to Portland for the great effort, that was amazing by them. LeBron just gets more motivated on the road, it has to do with the Boos. In Miami he's more relaxed. But what a game by the Blazers, I'm glad to see they still have a respectable team.

They have a harder time stopping small quick point guards who can shoot versus post up point guards to can't shoot.

That doesn't mean they automatically loose when they play a team with a small quick point guard who can shoot.

It does mean that a team who wants to maximize their chances against the Heat would want to have such a player on the floor as much as is possible.

And during that stretch they have been burned by a fast PG who can shoot many times. It seems to me you are talking about one thing, when the point was obviously another. Just because a team is winning, doesn't mean there aren't some holes in their game. Lamarcus also showed a big hole in their game. The paint.

Orlando is going to give that team a run in the east, because they are built to beat them. Howard will control the paint. Arenas will provide a fast attacking PG. Turkoglu will provide a playmaker roll he did a few years back.

I know it was the Heat and I know the Blazers played competitive . . . but this loss hurt more than any other loss this year (and there have been some painful ones).
