Okay, so we need to win two more games by more than 20 and we get the record!

29 point lead. Been doing that a lot lately.

I still hate the fact Aldridge played 39 min in a win like this. Seems a little unnecessary.

1978, we won 5 in a row by 20.

Thanks to the Mikes for the info.

Here's the streak:

Jan. 24, 1978 def. Kansas City, 120-97
Jan. 26, 1978 def. New Jersey, 112-77
Jan. 29, 1978 def. Houston, 123-88
Jan. 31, 1978 def. Milwaukee, 136-116
Feb. 3, 1978 def. Golden State, 112-92

Record at that time: 40-8

That was quite the team.

We gotta have the killer instinct. Get them and keep them down until we know for sure that we got em.

How do people like Rick Bucher have jobs in this economy? What a travesty.

Well he was in with like 6min to go in the 4th.

Eh, w/e, not a big deal. Ideally it'd be nice if he didn't have to play 39min in a blowout game like this.

Was that Jay Jensen speaking with Livingston at the end?

BTW, Livingston looks pretty good.

107-72 Blazers! 35 point win on the road!

Anyone else see that whisper between LMA and Rebecca? haha

Oden has relapsed a bit offensively. Before the energy, he really had a rhythm, and was making his little hook shot, now when he gets the ball under the hoop, it looks like he has cinder blocks tied to his feet all of a sudden.

That's not a big deal. He will get it back in the Playoffs for the real run.

Garbage time. Time for Oden to pad the stats!

A big reason Oden cleans up in "garbage time" is because referees stop calling him for ticky-tack fouls. While the competition is not as fierce at that point, I think Oden would do a lot of that in normal play, too, if the officiating were the same as he sees in garbage time.

I think so too. It would be nice to see that Greg Oden more often... :sigh:
