After the shutout against Montreal I don't even have a chance to turn on the game before I see that Lundqvist has given up two goals on four shots.

This team is making very poor decisions at both ends of the ice and Lundqvist is looking average at best, while Hayes looks as bad as he did in April.

Rangers look stoned! And Hutton is doing the stone-walling!

Outside of Z and Shatt not much going on offensively.

St.Louis players literally never let up with their fierce checking. Ranger players never given any space.
Not once did I think the Rangers could tie this game. Every shot they threw at Hutton was “one and done”.

Buch probably had the best chance if he was able to put it short side but instead he shot it right back into Hutton.

This team doesn't have "it". What it needs is about 3 years of top 10 picks like we had this year. With multiple first round picks.

Need to keep perspective, it's 4 games. But with that said I don't see how you wouldn't be at least mildly concerned with this 1-3 start. Need to start getting some points.

At CBJ, NJ, Pitt the next 3 games. Winning 2 of 3 would be a good start.

I am concerned we are missing that IT also. Let's go get a couple of W's this weekend to help us feel better.

I think the "it" is conditioning, they've been outhustled to loose pucks too many times. Still think it's a little early to get a feel for this team with the new faces. PP has definitely improved though.
