Big day in college football and big day for Duck fans.

They'll move to #2 after today as Alabama loses big and falls out of national championship consideration.

Then the #1 candidate for the Heisman had an epic failure today when he played his first decent program. So he'll fall off the face of the charts for that race. Now LaMichael James will be amongst the front-runners for the award. Pretty big day for you Duckies out there.

Hater!

Go Ducks!

both Robinson and Ingram crapped the bed today.

#2 & #21 is where I'll predict the Oregon schools to sit come Sunday evening.

Oregon State is single-handedly keeping TCU and BSU's dreams afloat. If OSU can run the Pac-10 table (or even just lose the Civil War) that gives them a huge boost. Which will most likely just mean they play each other in a BCS bowl again, alas.

I want the Ducks to have a repeat of last years Rose Bowl game in the National Title game this year. This team needs to get healthy, but when healthy I think we can beat them this year. It would be great to win the championship against Terrelle Pryor, a guy Oregon thought slipped through their hands.

That said, I think they lose a Big 10 game this year and it will be moot. I think the title game will be Oregon vs. Nebraska. I think Nebraska is playing at a high level right now with Martinez runnin the show.

I know its a little premature to be talking about the title game, but I really like the Ducks chances.

I never pay attention to recruiting.
