Brady's story...?

Just to add to this, You're handling the ball what 50-60 times a game & as a veteran QB you can't feel the difference in the ball.? From what I'm hearing & reading even his fellow QBs around the league are not buying it. I mean seriously Tom, don't piss on our heads & then tell us its raining out.

...yeah, ex-QBs Brunell and Aikman both called BS on Brady's story.

Heard that, Aikman went on to say the the equipment manager takes his orders & gets approval from the teams QBs

...yeah, that's what I was laughing at...only New Englanders believe Bill and Tom.

...we still don't know the whole story but to me their comments and body language in their news pressers don't support them.

^^^I dunno...like I said, Goodell has had a horrible year PR-wise so he might be pressured by the other owners to do something.

...I wonder what the possibility is that Brady was actually the one who secretly orchestrated this with the equipment guy, and Belichick either looked the other way or really didn't know about it?... Just spitballing.

...if they were innocent I'd think they'd be joking about it and have more of an upbeat attitude...but to me, they both had more of a "doomed" look.

This will be the 1st Super Bowl, of every single one played, which I will not see. I will be moving, may be offline for a few or more days, gotta' switch from Hughes.net to the Evil Empire TWB-C.

Then again, I can't stand Carroll or Belidick, so it won't much matter. The only 2 coaches in the NFL, I loathe, well, there could be a couple more, to the mix....

Lived in Massachusetts on a couple of occasions, been my experience that those people up there are clannish to the nines.

With the shit Goodell has gone though so far he just may make an impact decision on this. I hope so.

Brady should've come clean. He basically tried to have you believe he really doesn't even handle the ball that much during the game. Nobody is doing a damn thing with a ball in New England without Brady's approval.

Sadly the NFL will so nothing because after an "extensive" investigation it will be impossible to prove who got to the balls and why. Claims from previous teams is all hearsay unless they were able to obtain balls from those games.

When it boils down to getting lawyers involved it will boil down to not having enough evidence to pin this on anybody. Not unless a ball boy specifically comes forward and says Tom Brady told me to do this.

The real problem is that Goodell is a complete coward. Runs and goes into hiding with every controversy. Has his underlings make all the statements. You have the biggest game of your seas on coming up. Show some balls and get out in front of this thing. Stern for years in the NBA, Bettman in the NHL and Selig never acted like this guy. His arrogance is disturbing.

I've still yet to hear someone ask him, "Tom, you're a 10-12 year veteran, you handle the ball 50-60 times a game, are you HONESTLY sitting there telling us that you didn't feel the difference in the ball. Is that what your asking us to believe Mr Brady?"

They somewhat did ask him and you got that stupid answer that he's not paying attention once the game starts.

The best you can hope for is Seattle smokes them and their legacy can be 0-3 in their last three Super Bowls.

Still waiting for Richard Sherman to make a comment about deflated balls......

...you can bet that the Seahawk players will be talking smack during the game...maybe even try to get into the Pats' heads by asking the Refs to check the ball every now and then during the game. The perfect time to do this would be just before the snap as the Pats and Brady break the huddle and are walking up to the line of scrimmage.

I'd relish it.....even tho' I really despise Pete Carroll, no more than belidick tho' or Brady.

I enjoyed the Deflate-gate article, esp. this line: "Brady may have jeopardized his credibility for good."

I really do want to see the Patsies go down in flames, and indeed hope Seattle fks with their heads, as noted prior, just before snap on a crucial 3rd and 10 in the red zone.....(whistle blowing after-)- "hey ref, check the ball pressure, its under inflated.........

Any QB in this sport who sits on the sidelines and cries year upon year, when He loses a AFC Championship or SB game, is just NOT the role model you want kids to emulate......!

Hey Ron, I think there is a different procedure for SB game balls....NFL manages them the entire time. Not sure if the teams get to doctor them to the qb's preferences.
