100%, but that evidence may not be as damning as we might think. Maybe along the same lines as why he wasn’t named as Co-Conspirator #8 (When we obviously know it’s him).keep in mind what Billups has been charged with: wire fraud conspiracy and money laundering.
doesn't it seem likely the feds have evidence based upon those wire taps?
Most of the names in the some dozen supposed arrests haven’t even been publicized as of yet.How many mafia members have been arrested? It seems like they had a long list of suspects but only 2 high profile arrests....and Chauncey certainly wasn't the mastermind behind it.

All in on the day of the arrest they arrested 31 people with one guy in particular with mob connections that was living way beyond his income...can't remember his name but pretty sure at least half the list is compiled of mobsters if not more. How many mafia members have been arrested? Except the Trump crime family.I liked how the FBI in the briefing was like “we won’t allow these crime families to operate in our cities, or our country” came across as a real Don status statement. Like saying “This town ain’t big enough for the both of us”.
If he was unaware, he was reckless enough to put himself in s situation to have been pawned. If he was aware, well…Yes or No: Do you know if Billups was aware or not?
Absolutely likely, keep in mind what Billups has been charged with: wire fraud conspiracy and money laundering.

Could have been wearing an eye patch during the games with a hidden camera in it?We don't know that.

But of he was not aware and was pawned, do you think any team is still going to hire him? The history of the court of public opinion tells me no way.
He is done in basketball and I say that sadly. I personally loved what he was building here.
Can I DM you? Those are private, right? Most of the names in the some dozen supposed arrests haven’t even been publicized as of yet.
Now would be a great time to bet on who they are, if only we could get the inside information.
that's how I view itHes not gonna be done in the NBA because of the poker thing.
Hes done in the NBA for the privileged information being shared.
that's how I view it
the NBA, and the Blazers for that matter, will not like the poker scandal....but Billups telling a gambler of a significant change in the injury report before it was made public is/would be a corrupt act as far as the NBA is concerned
Yes. If he is found guilty of providing significant changes not yet public to gamblers, he will be banned for life legally.Hes not gonna be done in the NBA because of the poker thing.

I am saying, even if he isn't, he is now kryptonite. No one is going to hire him regardless, because of court of public opinion.
We all saw what was dug up when he was hired for us the first time. No team is going to hire him as the face of a team now after rape allegations and then this. Guilty or innocent, impressions matter. No team wants that PR battle.
