Hahahaha. Eric, I think this is the funniest thing you have ever said. Nice way to lighten the mood in here.
An "Inside Source" told me Brandon is starting. SSHHHHHHHH!

How do the supporters defend this? Absolutely stupid move.
So horrible, so very horrible. So unbelievably horrible. Only one person in the media questions him which is remarkable for a local media that has a history of questioning everything management and players do from bad shooting to a bounced check.
And what does that source say about Nates bizarre attachment to Steve Blake?
Is it wrong for me to hope for an injury for you-know-who?
This is obvious, folks:
Nate is starting Blake, Roy, Webster, Howard, and Oden. LMA will be the focus of the second unit.

The source says Steve's eyes remind him of Jarrett. And that special way he walks. And oh, those summer nights!

...are you saying they are prone to dropping the soap in the shower?

Hahaha.
I would guess (pessimistically):
Blake
Roy
Rudy
Aldridge
Joel
Ugh. I hope I'm wrong.
So Blake "won" the PG spot?
That was one of our best units last year. It was an absolutely fantastic unit, as far as win percent was concerned. The only other unit that played much against the other team's best players that was as good or better was Blake-Fernandez-Roy-Outlaw-Aldridge.
I l think that a Blake-Rudy-Roy-LMA-Oden would not be a bad unit.
It's time to reboot Brandon Roy. It's time to let Miller do what Miller do best - which is not play in the half-court.
So you think it'd good for the franchise to throw up its hands and say, "We can't win with Oden and Brandon on the floor together"?
I think that would be a ridiculous thing to say... and I hope they never do.
Secondly, if you have Oden and Miller in the second unit, one of the two of them is not going to be optimized.
Is that really true? You have a fantastic rebounder in Greg who can start the fast-break from the defensive rebound - and if the fast break boggles - you have the team's best post-feed PG giving it to Greg in the post playing inside out. I actually do not think I agree with you on that one.

When I saw that new starting lineup, I figured this board would go nuts!![]()
