I think Doc and Stotts would be a great combo for the Bucks.
The Bucks did what the Blazers were afraid to do, build a team for a 1 or 2 hard run for a ring.
Griffith is similar to Billups, wants to build a young team to fit his vision. Neither are what you want to lead a vet team, neither have experience in leading a vet team. While I would never want Doc to coach the Blazers he is a players-friendly coach that the locker room will listen to. He can get all the players on the same page. One of Stotts' greatest strengths has putting players in their best positions for the skills they have. Stotts polished a lot of turds for the Blazers. Made a lot of 2nd round players look better than they were, made so first round players that many considered washed actually look good.
