If Shaedon adds something new every year, he’s going to be able to do it all on offense. Right now, he can do the following in game:

[x] cut and finish at the rim
[x] catch and shoot

In the coming years, he needs to work on:

[ ] ball handling
[ ] post game

If he works on defense and playmaking along the way, he’s got a real chance to be a complete player on both sides of the ball.

Only thing that concerns me about Sharpe right now is the way he comes down on one leg after he dunks. A while back someone did analysis on the way that Derek Rose was landing after he dunked and how it led to knee problems.

I'm seeing some of that with Sharpe, and with our history....... it freaks me out.

If he gets 32 min a game, he'll average 15 which would be impressive for a rookie with no college experience.

Almost no way he gets over 30 mins with Dame, Ant, and Hart on the roster with GPII coming back. But per 36, he’s averaging around 18 and 6, which still proves your overall point.

great teams are formed when your 2nd stringers are starter-worthy and your 3rd stringers are rotation-worthy

use sharpe as manu for now

Love that Dame, Billups and Simons are the 3 guys he’s going to be learning from. Stay humble while learning what it takes to be great!

Dame- superstar
Simons- borderline all star
Grant- borderline all star
Sharpe- future all star
Hart- is motor for this team
GP II- borderline all defensive team
Productive bench with key players still missing

Sharpes development is crucial to any possible championship run. Going to hurt losing Hart at trade deadline or next summer, love how he pushes us to run and get easy baskets.

geeeeeeezuz!!

Once Shaedon gets his first non-rookie contract we can start calling him Sharpe Cheddar. Kind of fits with the Dame Dolla moniker.

Shaedon “Skywalker” Sharpe

Shaedon “The Airline” Sharpe

Shaedon “High Altitude” Sharpe

BTW I'm glad to see he is resisting calls to be in the dunk contest.

Too bad he wasn’t born in the Netherlands or we could call him the Flying Dutchman.
