If we had a young SG on our team that we wanted to give minutes to, you might have an argument to cut Crawford. But since Williams is out for the rest of the year, we don't.

Also if yo want to give our young PG's a fair evaluation then you have to surround him with NBA talent. As it is I saw quite a few passes by Smith last night that would have been assists if the Blazer would have made the shot (or not committed a Offensive foul) Having only Wes to work with is not enough. I knew coming into the season that Jamal was a terrible defender, but the level of just how bad he's been is monumental. Having Horford, Smith and Johnson with him in ATL, was a blessing, because they must've saved his ass 20 times a game, and allowed him to justbe an offensive player.

Felton is in the same boat to, just a horrible perimeter defender!

At some point, whomever the new GM and Coach are, need to address the problem. The Blazers will NEVER win big unless we can stop the point of attack, which is the guy with the ball. Charles Jenkins surpassed his career high in the first quarter the other night on his way to nearly 30 points. How are you supposed to contain Westbrook or Rose, if you can't even stay in from of Charles Jenkins?
