Please tell me that guys wearing Capris in your city is NOT in style. In my city/town alot of the guys around here are wearing Capris. They look like little girls.

Maybe you just saw some kids sag their shorts really low. But if they were really capris(I didn't know they made them for men), yea that's pretty weird and I haven't seen that trend hit us yet.
