He will be better? Sure, maybe. But Ant can get better too. Sharpe hasn't showed me any of those three things at a better clip than Ant yet but he is further ahead than Ant was at the same age. I don't understand going away from a player for identity reasons towards a player that doesn't fit that identity any more right now, because that's valuing youth, not identity.

Do you think Sharpe is further along in this areas than Ant? Or is this hope for the future?

I think Sharpe is further ahead right now (although he still has a LOT of room for growth)
