Probably the right level for Bill to coach.

I'm not too upset if he goes. I think there needs some new blood brought into the assistant ranks. I think they need to assemble assistants that each help bring a collective style to this team.

I'd rather Brian Hill leave than Cartwright but happy for him as well.
