I actually like Canzano somewhat. He may not say what all Portlanders want to hear, but I enjoy listening in to his show. I guess lots of other Portlanders do too

I'm not sure this is a concern. There's definitely no cap space issue forcing a choice. KP can theoretically sign a max level player this off-season and then max out any or all of Roy, Oden, Aldridge, Fernandez, Bayless, due to the Bird exception.
I personally think that the best thing for Darius would be to rest this year and get ready and in shape for next year, also his knee should be looking better by next year. Unfortunatly im not sure if hes smart enough to simply eat and work out for a year, he could remake himself into a PF down low banger he looks to be around 6'11 now. That way he wouldnt need to play the role of a slasher which is much more athletic and worse for his knees.
there goes those silly 'Ainge will keep him to screw over the Blazers' conspiracy theories... which made no sense anyways. If the Blazers played in the East and were in the ECF's last year.. yeah it would make sense. Screwing over a team that MAY make it to the finals in the other conference in the next 2-5 years... not an important issue for a GM.
Why are you such an a-hole to people in here? I don't mind the occasional rip on someone but you do it on every damn post. It's like you get your rocks off trying to be an a-hole.
Her point wasn't that he was 6'11" but that he would be better suited to play PF now that he doesn't have the mobility. I tend to agree if he does make a comeback he would be more suited to play as undersized PF than a SF. IMO his playing days are done regardless of how many teams give him a shot at making the roster.
