As I recall, I made a comparison of dviss to the woman piss about being late for closing time wanting special treatment because she was Black. It seem quite accurate to me as part of the debate about whether the complaint was reasonable. I am sure @dviss has an opinion very much different than mine. I see now reason it should not be solicited.

This was the response I got from @Strenuus,

No rule broke, but in essence, he did not permit my opinion to be voice in a forum were the purpose is to make comparison and give opinions on current events.

Seem very arbitrary and total just the opinion of the Mod. If dviss agreed or disagreed, is not unhealthy.

Comparing @dviss1 to the woman was unneccessary. In doing that you are saying 'all black people want special treatment and will yell out racism if they don't get it' which is not a true statement. I get the argument that there was possibly no racism involved in that event, as the bakers had turned away white women just before. That this black woman used "the racist" card in a situation where in fact it may not have been the case. That in my opinion is wrong. But, I wasn't there. I didn't here the words the bakers used in talking to her. So, I don't know.

I wonder what exactly African Americans are owed in reperation for 400 years of slavery, racism, and subjectification? How as caucasions can we discuss this with any really understanding? Do young African Americans who were never slaves or expierenced pre civil rights subjectification get to complain? They have all expericiened racism one way or the other. Maybe that enititles them, I don't know. I don't pretend to understand it fully, and as a white man I accept that I can't. I have wondered about my role in this conversation. I never owned slaves, or made African Americans drink from different fountains, or eat in different diners, or go to different schools. Part of me doesn't feel like I have had any more oppurtunity in this current age because the color of my skin. I have struggled. I have been homeless. Another part of me is open to the idea that maybe I have benefitted because I'm white. This country was started by white dudes, but it has changed quite a bit since then. Is there equality now? How much farther do we have to go? Cops are still killing black people. Racism is still rampant. This is the conversation that some of you refuse to begin. A civil one. Instead there is bickering and hate. Let's talk about it instead.

You may chose what you will, it is your right. I feel I have enormous reason for my detesting Obama. I don't see where you have been harmed, but it is your right. Expressing disrespect without the harm to support your cavalier disrespect, does not deserve much respect.

I swear to god your so full of shit sometimes...

Trump is literally human garbage. He simply doesn't compare to Obama when it comes to being a good human.

And you can't fathom why we think Trump is a piece of shit??

26 women have accused him of sexual assault....

Such hypocrisy...

The rule is, the mods can and will modify or delete a post they deem inappropriate.

Learn the rules. :bgrin: :smack:

If that is the rule, it is a stupid rule and I am objecting. Too damn arbitrary!

And you can save this shit :smack:for something you could do.:smiley-blownose:

I believe you were allowed to express your opinion.

Go for it marzy and protest by leaving the forum. We will miss you, but we will survive. :breakdance:

Cup would like MarAzul gone.
Chris Craig would agree to the same.
dviss would not complain.

Why would they need SlyPokerdog?

River could like every post made.

Actually, I couldn't care less if you are here or gone marzy. I just don't understand why a grown man does so much crying in a forum and hangs out in a Blazer forum but seldom participates in Blazer discussions. Maybe you can bring up your AM stat in the Blazer section, lol.

AM stat in the Blazer section

Ha!
I have you know! It does surprise the hell out of me that you guys don't understand it. It is not a stat, it is metadata used by coaches such as Coach Gill, and Newell. More I suspect. I suspect that Dr. Jack may have also. His completely different two squad offense relied on a PG too with the best A/M in the TrailBlazer history to run his part of the offense.
Dave Twardzik came in and ran a completely different offense from the Walton high post, near Princeton offense when Walton went to the bench. As I recall Dave's A/M was 1.47 the year the Blazers won the Championship. That is much higher than any other Blazer PG, much higher than the best starting PG, Rod Stricklands 1.27.
Perhaps someday you will catch on, but... I doubt it.

There's not one black person that asks for special treatment because they're black.

I'm calling bullshit on this.

Just like you wouldn't complain if I was gone? :dunno:

You be on that weird shit man...

See! You are allowed to express yourself, unedited.
I would offer only on correction and that is you assumption about me. I would not like to see you banned, you or anyone else. I would prefer you begged forgiveness.
Oh my Gawd.

I believe you were allowed to express your opinion.

See how I did that without personal insults. I crave an intellectual civil discourse. Do you?

Something is just wrong here... You have some SERIOUS false equivalencies going on. It's pretty normal for you tho...

I expressed myself without personally attacking you... An assumption is not a personal attack and know what? I don't believe a word of your answer.
