If anything I have said insults Christians I would be interested to hear what it is. And I would apologize in that case.

Criticism is not insult. And I never killed anyone who didn't share my atheist views.
Anyone want to ridicule my atheism I will respond. With words.
Go ahead, I can take it.
I was firm a child and then I took decades to reach my present firm conviction. I'm comfortable with it no matter what others may think. I just wish they could see what I see however being pushy about it is counterproductive so I know when to say something and when not to and this is the most productive way.

YOU'VE INSULTED DOGS!

You... you... you cat person!

Barkley is wrong. Atlanta takes the cake for fatties, not San Antonio. Everyone in Atlanta is 80 pounds overweight. CNN is based in Atlanta, so they subscribe to cancel culture.

Barkley has earned the right to call out Atlanta fatties because he's only 70 pounds overweight. But his employer is right to defend the good name of San Antonio.

Just wanted to clarify the thread.
More obese women per capita in Wisconsin...

No, no, not the cat person retort. You can really stoop low.
Oh, so now you like stooping low.
crandc, are you gonna take this?

Dude, I used to live in Georgia. I swear, 10 miles outside the 285 perimeter, teeth begin to fall out, the weight goes on, and you can hear banjos playing in the woods.

Oh, and the family trees look like telephone poles.

You claimed that Charles said that his employer shouldn’t have any say over how he does his work. He did not. Your claim is without merit.

I think you are being a bit of a literalist and thus missing the point.

Yes, it is true that Charles did not explicitly say that his employer should not have any say over how he does his work.
However, that is effectively his complaint - he wants to be allowed to say whatever he wants, and his primary job function is to say things.

He didn’t claim anything regarding the appropriateness of his employer’s actions.

However, he's been able to trot-out generalized fat jokes for years. To that extent, he, himself, is affectionally known as the "the round mound of rebound." I mean, he's endured fat jokes pretty much his whole career....maybe longer. Perhaps, he thinks that's what gives him that right. At any rate, that plug has been pulled by TNT, or whomever, and he's a bit chagrined about it. These days, it is what it is, though. Virtually everyone is having to re-think their mindsets and change accordingly.

Hey, hold on there, I was born in Atlanta. The South in general has a lot of overweight people, not just Atlanta. I had an ambulance driver this morning tell me that he couldn't wait to get out of Houston and into Portland Oregon for a few reasons:

I haven't gotten into the deep woods, but the locals stomping inside the airports while I wait for a connection is all I need to see. Atlanta has the fattest, which explains CNN and Barkley's noticing the cancel culture.

In 1979 I took a Greyhound trip through the Deep South just to see it, and I got an eyeful then too.

Your right about the deep south, greasy fried foods and lots of it, along with some sort of sweet desert, is huge down their. Then go to the mid west like WI and see lots of beer drinkin, sausage snorten, with heavy desert follow up.

Don't mess with the bread puddin'!

As an aside, this F3 group I'm in is freakin' killing me! The stair climbs this morning were off the charts! I was drenched in sweat. Hey, my COVID-15 has turned into the COVID-12....and soon enough will be the COVID-0! I'm committed to losing this weight around the midsection.

That is true. He complained about it, but he didn't suggest they they acted inappropriately.

Don't mess with the turnip greens, the corn bread, the ham and beans, the ham and greens and the fried apple pies. You can hold the grits which I can't stand although I do enjoy some occasional hominy.
