Politics CHARLIE KIRK SHOT IN UTAH

Welcome to our community

Be a part of something great, join today!

I might be confused, but I’m not super well versed in Charlie Kirk knowledge. But why exactly is it hitting with as much gravity as it is? Dude was basically a Republican podcaster right? Why is there talks of like medal of freedom awards and such?

Have those things really cheapened to the point of podcast assassinations?
He delivered a lot of votes for Trump. A lot. My Facebook Feed is awash with otherwise very good Christian people devastated about Charlie Kirk. They don't even seem to think he was political at all. They just seem to know about his religious takes or something...

the foundation of MAGA power is the ignorance of MAGA masses

True. Everyone of my religious friends posted stuff about him.

But nearly every take I’ve ever read of his seemed to be the opposite of the basis of religious principles.

Exactly. This is the down side of "not polite to talk politics".

Trans 'partner' of Charlie Kirk suspect 'praised Joe Biden' before conservative activist was shot... as link to bizarre 'furry' lifestyle revealed

The transgender 'partner' of Charlie Kirk's alleged shooter shared a post online appearing to show support for President Joe Biden, Daily Mail can reveal.

Lance Twiggs, a 22-year-old wannabee pro gamer, and roommate of main suspect Tyler Robinson, 22, made the remark in a Reddit post.

It has now been widely reported that Twiggs was transitioning genders, and was allegedly in a romantic relationship with Robinson.

Twiggs goes by the name ‘lancelotte’ on social media accounts including Instagram.

A Steam gaming account currently called ‘fluxalotl' previously had the username ‘lancelotte’ as well as a slight variation ‘lancelott3’, and is friends with a user named ‘Craftin247’ - an account linked to the shooter.

‘Lancelotte’ had their 'real name’ listed on Steam as ‘Lance' – until December 11 last year, when the gamer changed it to ‘Luna'.

An account on online forum Reddit with the username ‘lancelott3’ posted extensively in a group for transgender issues, and in one conversation on the site mentioned that they were from Utah.

A post from the same account was made to the 'Love for Landlords' subreddit - where users share trolling posts pretending to show support for landlords.

Lancelott3's comment read: ‘We are riding with Biden on this glorious subreddit'.

A post from one year ago by the same user also discussed medications to ‘slow beard growth’ and ‘get good hip growth’.

Lancelott3 also told members of an ‘ex-Christian’ subreddit that he ‘was told I was possessed by a demon and then within 30 mins kicked outta the house because I started laughing and wouldn’t go to the bishop for a blessing.’

Twiggs’ family appear to be conservative Christians, based on their social media profiles. His sister follows Kirk’s widow Erika on Instagram.

Daily Mail can also reveal that Robinson has been linked to a ‘furry’ website.

A username associated with the alleged assassin has an account on ‘FurAffinity.net’, a site catering to people with a proclivity for humanoid animal illustrations and dressing up in fur suits.

Many of the cartoon animal characters pictured on the site are in sexualized poses.

Robinson used the account name ‘craftin247’ on various videogaming and online accounts, his friends told Daily Mail.

There is an account by that name on FurAffinity, registered on July 22, 2025, two months before Kirk's fatal shooting on Wednesday at Utah Valley University.

The revelation comes after law enforcement found bullets inscribed with messages including ‘Notices, bulges, OwO what’s this?’, a phrase associated with an internet meme often used by ‘furries’.

Other online accounts viewed by Daily Mail explicitly link a person called ‘Tyler Robinson’ to the username ‘Craftin247’.

‘Tyler Robinson’ had the username ‘Craftin247’ on payments app Venmo, and was friends on the app with people Daily Mail confirmed to be Robinson’s friends. A snapchat account with the name ‘Tyler’ has the username ‘craftin247’.

Three friends told Daily Mail Tyler was an avid gamer. An account on Steam, an online gaming platform, used the name ‘Craftin247’ with the 'real name’ listed as ‘Tyler’, and a location in Utah.

The gamer also used ‘Donald Trump’ as a previous username.

The account’s user, which has a picture of Kermit the Frog for its profile, had played 2,148 hours of games on Steam with ‘10 years of service’ according to the gaming platform.

‘Craftin’ left mixed reviews on various videogames. In a review for pirate-themed adventure game Sea of Thieves, the gamer wrote: ‘if you play alone you will die alone’.

Daily Mail was the first news site to reveal Robinson was the shooting suspect and had been taken into custody.

And on Saturday Daily Mail exclusively revealed the identity of Robinson’s roommate in Saint George, Utah, as Twiggs.

In a court-filed affidavit, police said the roommate shared with them incriminating texts from Robinson linking him to Kirk’s shooting.

They did not name Twiggs in the document, or accuse him of any crime, and said he is cooperating with the investigation.

One of Robinson’s friends, who asked to remain anonymous, told Daily Mail on Friday that the alleged shooter had a romantic ‘partner’ - and noted they were being deliberately vague about the person’s gender.

The friend went to Pine Valley High School with Robinson in Saint George, and occasionally gamed and chatted with him online in subsequent years.

Axios reported that six sources familiar with the murder probe told them Robinson was romantically involved with Twiggs.

The site, which referred to Twiggs as ‘the roommate’, said he was ‘aghast’ at the murder, and freely handed over his texts with Robinson to police.

According to the affidavit, Robinson texted Twiggs about hiding a gun wrapped in a towel and etching messages on bullets, details that match the Kirk killing.

One of the inscriptions on bullets recovered by the FBI said ‘Hey fascist! CATCH!’. Another said ‘Notices bulges, OwO what’s this?’

Police are reportedly investigating whether Kirk’s critical comments about transgender people caused Robinson to seek revenge, in an unrequested defense of his romantic partner’s honor.

A Wisconsin news site reported an interview with an unnamed member of Twiggs’ family who claimed that the 22-year-old ‘was in the process of transitioning’ and that he was dating Robinson.

‘He wanted to have lunch with other family members to introduce his boyfriend,’ the unnamed source told news site Wisconsin Right Now.

Twiggs’ grandfather Jerry Twiggs declined to speak about Lance’s gender identity.

'I don’t want to comment on that. I’m not sure what his situation is exactly right now,' he told Daily Mail, adding that he had never met Robinson.

Jerry also confirmed his grandson had been talking with the police, but that he had not spoken to him since.

'After he was with the police, he’s been at his house, and there’s no way for us to contact him other than going over there,' he said.

Robinson is set to appear in court in Utah on Tuesday after he was arrested on suspicion of aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily harm, and obstruction of justice.

President Donald Trump said he wants to see the killer get the death penalty for the assassination of Kirk, whom he described as the 'finest person'.

Kirk, a father of two, known for his fierce MAGA views and debates with college kids across the country, collapsed immediately after being hit by the gunfire.

Two things as this story starts to die on the vine

1) people ready to start world war 8 over this thing have already sort of forgotten about it lmao
2) the governor of Utah is a total seize the moment prick? like im not in the trenches of misgendering but the way he corrects "they" to a hard "HE" is so funny like would you relax?? you're bald it's not happening in 2028 man

You guys see the woman who was saying how she didn't have any fears of being shot because she doesn't say hateful things? I wish I could find it (maybe it was posted in this thread??). Like, duh? Let people live. I mean, how fucking hard is it?

The article about "Lance Twiggs" kinda points out that kind of mindset. Had maybe MAGA *not* spent the last forever trying to dehumanize people for having different sexualities/identities, it's unlikely people who ARE trans (or gay, or lonely, whatever) would feel they are less deserving or less valued in our country and in some cases feel violence is the last resort.

Hell, you don't have to be a oppressed minority to sometimes feel that way (tho if you're *not* an oppressed minority, you can get away with it easier).

Not saying that this proves TR was in a relationship with a transitioning person (or that it says anything about that community), but what the hell do you expect when for years they've been saying how trans (etc) are molesting children, are not "normal", hate god, hate the country, should be institutionalized, jailed, killed, etc??

The roommate apparently had no idea about anything. This idea that every trans person in the state of Utah are all on the same Discord server plotting assasinations together...:smiley-slap: snap out of it!!

The Daily Mail also runs transphobic horseshit every chance they get. They’re essentially the NY Post of Britain.

I've never understand (at least as an adult, when you're a kid you say stupid shit because of ignorance and lack of exposure) how as an adult, someone can be phobic of anything.

Especially something that has zero impact on your daily life.

Like, I had a coworker who went by Grace (that was not their "Christian name" at birth, and I'm not actually using her real name). Apparently her family had completely disowned her and she moved out west.

My boss has a child who is now her daughter, and her own father (my bosses father, her childs grandfather) has outright disowned the grandchild. My boss was like "bye bye, so long" to her father.

But before she did that though, she asked him if he was willing to throw away 60+ years of their relationship as father/daughter, and any kind of connection to any of her future grandkids, because of something that has literally no negative impact on his life.

"Yep".

What's sad is, her daughter has moved to Germany, and because of how our country is (a portion of our country I should say), she will never visit again, for fear of how people will react to her now. She's ran into very few problems in Germany.

Just makes me sick that someone could turn their own back on their own grandchild like this. But I support my bosses choice to cut ties with her father, and choosing her daughter(s) over her father.

Eric Trump told his own "oh sir" story about an elderly Jamaican man who (with no one on his security team seeing him) approached him and in "very broken English" said how sorry he is about Kirk, a real Christian.

English is the official language of Jamaica. A Jamaican would have an accent but not speaking very broken English. Racist failson assuming foreigners can't speak English.

Didn't say whether he called ICE.

I hate this kind of performative clap trap that those turds do. "A big muscular man came up to me, with tears in his eyes..."

Also it's nice that Ron Paul can tour the country when he's 97 and have the same deja-vu experience of explaining to the right why their decision to endorse snitch surveillance culture and legislation was, perhaps, a regrettable decision on their part.

“If only conservatives were totally different people, they wouldn’t persecute minorities!”

Yeah, exactly.

imagine Civilization as a series of concentric circles. on the outside are people who are not supported by Civilization: the homeless, immigrants. On the outer rings but further in are minorities who have assimilated enough and another circle in are the poor whites. As you go further inward, you gain more rights and protections. At the center of course are the rich whites. They have infinite rights and infinite protections.

MAGA has successfully told people that trans people are getting an inside circle on poor whites by demanding healthcare rights. Poor whites don’t have good healthcare, so they react by demanding trans people be placed further outside than they are. They need to be closer to the center than anyone else other than rich whites. Rich whites use poor whites like attack dogs to maintain their separation from the minorities further outside. If anyone gets between rich whites and poor whites, the rich whites tell the poor whites to attack. They are loyal dogs.

Phobic is a misnomer in most cases. It’s just another word for supremacy. They believe cis people are superior to trans people, and anything that goes against that view goes against the social order. They are transphobic but that means cis-supremacist.

If you can make convenient enemies out of their neighbors, they'll do the dirty work for you and turn a blind eye to the fact you're stealing their cable, water, and shitting in their gardens.

I never liked the neighbor metaphor because it doesn’t reflect how conservatives see the world, which is instead almost entirely vertical. They think they are above their neighbors.

In every social interaction or paradigm there can only be winners and losers. They want to win. Trump got to the core of their beliefs so directly.

The neighbors in this situation isn't the Conservatives, it's just average people. The Conservatives are the ones who are making people hate their neighbors while they fuck us all over.

It's like how the British would pit the Hindus and Muslims against each other.

Although I get what you're saying and don't disagree. Just wanted to clarify what my example was, if it wasn't clear. Might have been unnecessary for me to do that though.

I wonder if there is any factual basis behind the implication they had a (sexual) relationship. My gut says it's too on the nose to be true (tho even if it is, it's back to my point of making marginalized people feel less valued in our country).
