Chemistry matters

Yes it does make sense. The Blazers have better chemistry than the Clippers or do the not? If chemistry overrides talent then why aren't we winning the important games?
Nobody said "chemistry overrides talent." We said "Chemistry matters."

But they aren't. The Clippers mesh together and play off each other and execute the offense (and defense) pretty well from what I can see. The Clippers, as a team, are whiny and bitchy, to everyone else. Maybe it's their bonding agent. I think their chemistry together is just fine.

You better believe the CLips have, at minimum, good chemistry. I witnessed it last night in person. The whole time we were being announced ,they were huddling and basically moshing each other as if it were a concert ( not like dumbass kids do in the clubs these days). Honestly. I thought for a moment we might be in for a long night when I saw how they were gelling prior to the game.

Interesting. Some of them are such jerks individually, you would expect them to be candidates to self destruct the first time the going gets tough.

Honestly, I thought the very same thing. Until I was a the game and saw their pregame warm up , interactions with each other and how they fed off each other to elevate their energy right before tip off. IT could just be a playoff coming together, IDK, but they sure seemed connected in warmups and entering the game last night.

Chemistry was too abstract. I liked Physics more. Oh, and Bob Whitsitt rules.

I submit chemistry does matter when the talent level is close....but it can only overcome so much. Chemistry got Portland to play hard all season and overachieve but now they don't have the talent level to turn it up a notch over a series. They may get hot for a game or two but they just don't have the pieces yet. Playoff experience is fine if it's good playoff experience but I'm wondering how much of this roster is still hear next season that will benefit from the 5-6 games of Playoff experience they might get.

I love the chemistry on this team and hope it continues to grow as the talent level rises.
We need a player like Boogie on this team. That's what this team needs.
