Context is everything. If I am critical of Portland, you aren't going to think I'm trolling to get a rise out of Blazer fans. But, you would of some other individual who do nothing but suggest trade after trade, and offer negative take after negative take about it, especially and often exclusively after a Blazer loss. You are correct that the perception of a negative take does not, in itself, constitute trolling. But when it's dead quiet until the Blazers lose a game (the 4th game in 5 nights) and there is a giant influx of complaining from habitual offenders, that's context we can't ignore when considering the merits of these individuals' opinions.
If the Blazers had issues during a loss, I can assure you that, other than fatigue, those problems existed during wins. Where was the complaining then? Context matters. I'm am cognizant and make a consorted effort to separate individual opinion between those who seek to get a rise out of Blazer fans, those who's opinion lack "common sense", and those who simply have a different perspective. And, sometimes, I make mistakes. You can tell a lot by one's reactions. You would agree that a troll would have responded to me very differently than you did ya?
