I want them to burn and fail but they won't and it makes me mad...Man... I was about to be like.... they hired him back???
The Niners make sense. I want to see what Kap can do with CK.
Nope, you said Eagles. No takesy backsies.
Does this mean that Kaep definitely comes back? I thought that was cost-prohibitive due to his salary cap hit.
On paper he seems to be but I not so sure that it is slam dunk (either in fit or that he comes back). That injury could also linger. A lot to pay a guy who has some many questions and might not even start the year as the starter even if you do bring him back.I imagine Kap coming back was a major reason for CK signing with the Niners. He is perfect for Kelly's system.
No CK is perfect what it really comes down to is, can Chip build a better oline for this system and can he improve their defense that isn't THAT deep anymore. They'll need a lot of bodies to keep up with his system health wise.On paper he seems to be but I not so sure that it is slam dunk (either in fit or that he comes back). I wish Kiko, Bradford, and Butt fumble would have been packaged up with Chip.... god damn him. Only 2 good knees among the three of em, and no good QB.

As a lifetime Jets fan, I used to think that Woody Johnson was a bad owner. But Gabe York takes the cake. What a douchebag! Kelly won't last a year with that kind of dysfunction around him. It will.be hard for him to contact the owner when he's bulll dozing youth soccer fields in Santa Clara!

Damn UCD that's gotta be tough. I'll never forget the story about you and Glickman, now you've got a Duck coaching your team!Aaaaaaarrrrrgggghhhhh!!!!! I was still hanging on to a shred of Niners loyalty by my finger nails but now I'm in free fall. Every time I think the Yorks can't get any more stupid, they prove me wrong in a spectacular way. Kap better enjoy his health while he can......
But I actually like Glickman. At least he gave us the Blazers.......Damn UCD that's gotta be tough. I'll never forget the story about you and Glickman, now you've got a Duck coaching your team!
But it tastes fucking great being a ducks niners bandwagoner! So now it's Oregon vs. USC in the NFC West all over again. Must be awkward for Duck Seahawk bandwagoners.

Yeah I was in second grade when we won our last sb. Mom and I had our niners sweaters on. Thats about all I remember.Nah, the Niners haven't been relevant since the early 90s, much like Mariner fans, anyone that still likes them are true fans.
I hate Chip, I hate the Ducks and I really hate the 9ers. However, I think this was a solid hire for the 9ers. Though Chip's GM skills left a little to be desired (still think he should have been given more time to execute his vision), I think he's a good coach, if not great. If I was a 9er fan my main concern would be York/Baalk's ability to get along with Chip. I mean, they fired a GREAT coach in Harbaugh because ultimately they didn't get along or see eye to eye. And Harbaugh has a strong personality. Chip is very similar I think. Rough around the edges. Would be wise of the 9ers brass to not make the same mistake with Chip. NFCW got more interesting that's for sure. Rams in LA and Chip in SF.
Go Hawks.
