Assuming the queens waters are for Hillary. He wants one.

I don't think he wants to sleep with her, unless he just idolized her. I've always thought him a bit of a fruit loop with a vivid imagination. Who really knows what he meant and as usual with these things if he wasn't joking he wouldn't have said it in front of everyone.
