...sorry, but the guy just gets under my skin...it seems he thinks everyone is deaf and so he feels the need to obnoxiously loud...and sounds like he's got a mouthful of marbles.
...yet another "expert" who probably never played a competitive sport in his life...and who probably got picked on in school.

A real fine "time filler" for MLB programing. I can't show for his show either.

Was just sitting here with a hangover, thinking the same thing. Can this guy not talk without yelling. Does he think every word has to be like calling a horse race? The Horror, my splitting head.

schtick. very old hat. OCD and counting. cannot be bothered.

i don't think the man ever whispered anything in his life. It's as if he NEEDS to be heard.

I've only heard from him a couple of times ever since he went to Sirius. I can't blame him for taking the big pay day but he put himself into exile.

...Colin Cowherd and Jim Rome had a love child.

^^^ Rome, another tool. Still think this was classic;

I am going to re-install my old TV, just so I can have the satisfaction of throwing my shoes through it at Russo...!

Ear plugs in, shotgun out, boots in hand, come on mo-fo, yell one more time. Nice to have a spare TV laying around.

I WILL NEVER FORGET that fateful day, and interview with Jim Everett, 'call me Chrissy one more time"-whack-Rome burned in a day..! Hehe :lol:

Thanks for the clip 59.... good one, classic sports moment.

As much as I despise Rome, I got to hand it to Jim Rome (this one time, just once....), he did ONE good interview, just ONE, with Donnie Baseball: speaking of Managing a bunch of over paid prima donna's, then we have Puig-y. Donnie, always the Statesman. Wish he'd grow a Fu-Mancu back, tho'.

How Millar was hired by MLB and given a show is beyond me, loud obnoxious redneck.
