I'm not sure I can 'like' this one because unless I am wrong about this one, the gag is that it is a real horse(donkey?)to look like a piñata correct?

If that is correct, than a little kid not knowing the difference could think it is just a piñata and hit the horse(donkey?) with a stick to get to the candy and that would be bad.
