You're rightHornets, per everything I've seen.
You're right
But I misspoke and said it goes to Memphis, not the hornetsWrong. It's New Orleans' 2022 1st round pick.
Paging Rasta! That's 4-for-3. Who are we waiving? And am I the only one who's never heard of Didi Louzada?
But I misspoke and said it goes to Memphis, not the hornets
Starting to look that way.Look what we got for everyone else. They will dump Dame for role players and expiring contracts to sell the team.
Looks like you'll be making the game threads again.
So we root for Blazers to keep NO out of playoffs?
You're right
When can we waive Satoransky so we can bring back Meyers Leonard as our starting PF for the rest of the season to help the tank?
not that I've seen. I'm still confused on the wording of who actually gets the Lakers pick between N.O. and Memphis, which could come in to play.has there been any declaration on what, if any, protections are on the future Pels pick to PDX if this year's pick is not conveyed?
Maybe why the trade took so long to finalize... Could have a dozen conditions on if then when not it conveys.not that I've seen. I'm still confused on the wording of who actually gets the Lakers pick between N.O. and Memphis, which could come in to play.

So you're saying it won't happen...Sato and a 2nd for Bagley makes a lot of sense.
If we can get another first round pick, maybe take on a little salary this year helping a luxury tax team that makes sense.
FULL REBUILD ON AHEAD!
I'm sure you have looked at it too:

let's see...the Laker's pick is traded to the Pels, but it's protected 11-30. That's easy to understand. So it doesn't go to the Pels if it's 11 or later...it goes to Memphis...but it's protected 1-10....is it protected from Memphis? or New Orleans? Doesn't that seem like the pick is protected 1-30? Which team was initially traded the pick with the top-10 protection? Had to be New Orleans, right
this makes it even more confusing:

so, initially the pick was unprotected. Then where did the 11-30 protection come from?
Blazers should try to trade for every second round pick. Can't miss!Scalma linked with some of the article by Fischer i think it was that the Blazers are looking to FLIP some of the assets from the CJ trade in another post so that would explain why an official announcement has not been made by either team at this point.
All i know is the one asset outside of maybe the Protected pick I kind of want the Blazers to keep is Hart but the rest I would not mind being flipped as long it's for the right piece.
Depends on who is in charge. It's possible a rebuild is really quick. But its also very possible it follows a TWolves/Kings/Knicks timeline and takes two decades.
I'm sure if we flip him it'll be for a couple future seconds.

Oh, no! I sure hope he is smart enough to buy a walking cane for the occasion.Josh Hart about to be 27 already in May

*nurk at 27 intensifies*
Rather keep him than get seconds.
No but 3 1sts + 3 swaps + CJ seems like a Morey fleecing and sounds completely in line with other offers we heard floated for various teams player plus picks. Certainly, IF that trade was available it was far better than this.100% sure it was on the table?
My only thought on this is trading picks and maybe a young prospect for an all Star and absorb the contract with TPE. I don't know I don't really understand how that sort of thing works other than on trade machines. With all the money we have, who are we signing now? Who will come to Portland as a Free agent?
