I understand that argument, and I think it's pretty valid. But I just think that no matter what the logo is, someone is gonna be unhappy about it. Someone is gonna find something wrong with, or be offended by some aspect of it. I really don't think that the Cleveland Indians are trying to intentionally insult anybody. I don't think the Notre Dame fighting Irish logo was meant to insult anybody, but it is equally offensive in my book.
I guess something was lost in translation. I don't think any of the logos are racist. But if the Cleveland Indians logo is racist, then so are all of the other logos/caricatures, including the white ones. So I guess my point is, until I hear a bunch of people bitching about the other logos, like the stupid little Irish guy with his fists up, and a clover on his hat. I don't wanna hear people bitch about any of them. I think it's hypocritical.

C'mon....the goalie is the superstar in hockey and soccer....so many games end 0-0 decided by penalty kicks...how is that not defensively slanted? Cricket has very little defense....you'll fall asleep in the outfield and no foul balls...all pitching and batting
