No one player would. Plus he's not actually that terrible (he's actually zero in DRPM - not great, but we have -ves) and I get the impression that he can be part of a good defensive team, like other smart-if-slow-footed players. And clearly his positives outweigh his negatives:

yup sports is like that. everything is fluky and injuries can derail things quickly. It’s all luck and good timing

Here's my specific complaint: perhaps unnoticed among the GENERAL suckage is the specific suckage of Bazemore. His occasional flashy steals or blocks mask a very ineffective player. He's shooting 36% and is -47 for the season so far, tops on the team. He's basically a shorter Tolliver.

agree totally, make a lot of dumb plays and his offense is offensive
