Computer Question

I sometimes blog surf and will make comments on interesting ones. To make a comment, you log in to blogger, type in your message, then match some letters in a box and post. Now, in the last two weeks I do everything properly but it refuses to acknowledge and my post isn't made.

Any thoughts?
