Agreed. But I have two points

1. How often is someone running around from thread to thread claiming foul or dropping negativity on "TDS'ers"? I actually think it was made up to combat the "Trumpsters" label. The sarcastic retaliation of having enough of the "Trumpsters" comment. "TDS" was derived from people who couldn't stop with the "Trumpsters"

2. Two wrongs make a right?

2. Never said anything about "right or wrong"... ("it's no better, no worse...")


The crux of my meaning was pretty clear, IMO...again, I'd prefer to take my "lectures" from the Mods.

Mods are the only ones with sound advise? Read above. Seems, they have their own difference of opinions on this very topic. What one Mod requests, another mod denies, so I'm not sure putting faith in the mods being the only ones with sound advise being an optimal answer.

But I will drop it. I believe I have got my point across clearly.

No, I never said or implied anything of the sort. I said I'd prefer taking advice on what/how to post from the Mods...because they have the hammer.
 
Just a thought.

Let's say that the corona virus first started in the USA and trump comes out in a briefing downplaying it like he did and telling people there is no problem and that it will just go away. We have 15 cases and all but one are almost fully recovered and the 15th is getting much better. How would that be any better than China?

I am aware that the Manson cult murdered a pregnant woman. The trial was going on the day of the first national women's rights march in 1970, yes, I went to the march. Manson's female followers showed up in court with their hair in long curls as a protest against women's rights.

And yes, Manson called himself pro life because of his opposition to legal abortion. Not calling you Manson, however.

ok, thanks. My concern is that Oregon has over 4 million people and less than 25,000 have been tested. We have no idea how many are actually carrying the virus but it's nice to see Oregon's numbers so low right now and hope it continues. I just keep reading about people who have had some symptoms still being refused testing throughout the country.

A childhood friend of mine got tested, it came back negative. Then he said the doctors are going to treat him like he has it anyways. I have other friends who haven't been able to get tested. I'm not sure what he did that put him in the special group to get tested or if he got lucky. He's very much enjoying his time where he can play video games all day long though. He won't stop texting me about all the games he's playing.

It's a shame they can't get more tests done though, more data is always good IMO.
