This is about science, so why would there be any women involved?

Seriously, while I SUPPOSE there is a 1 in a gazilion chance he picked the best people for the job, it's just a really stupid oversight not to have more diversity on the task force

Because female doctors and scientists are among the leaders at CDC and women a majority of health workers. So you have to make a conscious effort to not have women.

You know, like the Republicans' all male panel on birth control.

Seema Verma is the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator. Seems like a pretty logical choice for the task force too.

"Coronavirus" is a little long for a nickname; "Covid" just feels awkward. I think just simply "Corona Mike".

Just like when ebola was a panic the media plays to people fears and emotions of which they are partly responsible for panic. These people running out to get mask is an example, they wont lsiten the doctors to not wear the mask unless you are sick, but they will listen to Fox, CNN, MSNBA spread the panic.
We have a tremendous healthcare in this country and we usually get a Handle on things pretty quick.

Just stopped by the safeway on 39th and powell on the way to work. Someone collapsed and said they think they have coronavirus. I know both I and @SlyPokerDog shop there.

But... Hasn't Trump admitted it was real... You'd think that'd seal the deal for her...
 
Trump asked if a vaccine could also " make you better", showing to no one's surprise he has no idea how vaccines work.

A president doesn't have to be a PhD scientist but it is reasonable to expect a basic level of education.
