I dunno...but again, Trump and his hand puppet who's supposedly in charge of this fiasco leave much to be desired.

You're right, of course. The Donald should turn Mar a Lago into a hand sanitizer factory and Pence can work nights whipping up batches with aloe Vera gel and rubbing alcohol.

BTW...according to this report...

Soap and water are better than alcohol-based hand sanitizer, he added. While the new coronavirus can be cleaned off of hands by soap and water as well as by alcohol, other viruses can be resistant to alcohol.

Undoubtedly true, but I am having a hard time figuring out how to put a sink, water tank, and water heater in my car. It’s nice to have a portable solution for when you’re out in the big, bad, virus-infested world.

Never. You're just dense enough to escape the humor.

Nothing "dense" about me scooter.

You have a nasty habit of saying inane things and when questioned, you simply claim you were only kidding

Again, your Fuhrer and Pence have screwed the pooch on coronavirus preparedness.

Oh, absolutely, and I agree. That said, I'll probably now hit-up the restroom in grocery stores, restaurants, department/box stores, etc., to wash up, whereas before I may not have even considered it.

Kind goes back to the practical elements...

LOL...classic.

Sorry @ABM.

I've determined I need a personalized green font just for you. Working on that.

Long before Coronavirus became a thing, I made it a point to have little hand sanitizers at every seat when I'm driving Uber/Lyft. This past weekend, people loved me for it.

Ahhh, so you learned everything you need to know in kindergarten?...That would explain a lot.

Ha !...we've been through this before.

When I first started posting here you tried to make a joke that I questioned, and you then replied and instructed me to "learn the green font" which you explained should be used for sarcasm to avoid confusion.

I brought this up to you about a month ago and you denied it ever happened. I provided the link to your very post to prove that it did in fact happened...are you looking to be exposed once again?

Lemme guess, you're into skin grafts and root canals as well ?

"Supply" should have been addressed WEEKS ago.

Just to make sure I'm reading this correctly (which I freely admit I may not be)--are you suggesting that it was incumbent upon the government's executive branch to ensure that businesses which manufacture and distribute hand sanitizer increase their production in anticipation of the current run on the product?

Oh, sure, go into the viral swamp of a public restroom for hand-sanitizing. Next you'll be telling me to bathe in a crocodile-infested river. Just be sure not to touch the faucet or door handles on your way out or you'll enter an infinite loop of sanitizing.

Well, Trump is in charge, is he not? And unless I'm mistaken, this is covered in The Preamble;

"...promote the general welfare..."

So yes.

So, I see that George Takei has a suggestion for a replacement for the hand shake during the Coronavirus outbreak:

Live long and prosper!

So yes.
He's not in charge of everything. He's not a monarch (despite what people like to claim he thinks). He's not in charge of commerce.

I can't see your perspective on this one at all.

LOL. There is such a thing as common sense. Not certain where you hang out, but hot soapy water in a clean public bathroom (I think you know the difference) is not the worst thing in the world.

He's not a monarch?...sure acts like one to me.

He's not in charge of commerce?...sure claims to be. (stock market/economy is all his doing, just ask him)

Are you telling me that you don't believe the US could have been better prepared than we are?...and at a much earlier time?

..."clean public bathroom"?...seriously?...that's a contradiction in terms, IMO.
