Gears are not easy to make. It require precision machinery and a skilled operator with experience. Or you need to be able to cast molten steel. Sometimes it requires a combination of both.

I would say if he has made a lot of good calls on a lot of gears, that's quite an accomplishment!
 
Positive test in Oregon have actually gone down from 30 days ago. Currently at 4.2% of over 77K.

You don’t need tests to go back to work. You need the capacity for the county to test and contact trace those with symptoms. No, we don’t need to test 330 million people. Look at it much like polling. You test the areas of need. Smh
