OT Coronavirus: America in chaos, News and Updates. One million Americans dead and counting (9 Viewers)

It was a woman posting a meme (with what looks like Leonardo DiCaprio in it though I may be mistaken) indicating how carelessly she does that (going down Walmart aisles facing people without a mask).
I see.

I'd say there isn't a person alive who hasn't been an asshole at some time. Assholery is part of the human condition. But most people are embarrassed about being assholes and hope others didn't see it. Boasting on the internet about being an asshole?

OTOH their god emperor does it all the time. Not the first president to be an asshole but the first to brag about it.

Scary, that woman on the right? Describes me exactly.

Still waiting on test results. Probably have them tomorrow.

My doctor said wait a couple of days before doing morning walk again. Tried today, walking more slowly than usual and paying attention to where I was going. I generally haul ass along the sidewalk with head in clouds. Made my 2 1/2 miles without incident. But damn, I had left trails of blood spatter all along the sidewalk.

Fortunately the scrapes and bruises on my face won't affect my participation in the Ms. Corona Virus America pageant, as all contestants will of course wear masks, carefully chose to complement swimsuits and evening gowns.
My 73 year old wife walks between 2 and 4 miles every day, usually around 5:00 AM. We have a high school football field right across the street so she walks around the track. 1/4 miler per cycle.

Edit:
ps
She wears her mask and plastic gloves although she seldom encounters anyone else there. She does this early enough so she can fix me breakfast before the ambulance arrives to take me to the hospital at 6 AM.

I envy her because I can't walk ten feet on very level ground without assistance, usually a wheel chair.

Tuesday she went very early to Sesame Donuts and bought two dozen donuts for me to take to dialysis with instructions to thank them for coming to work and saving the lives of their patients, most importantly, me.

Yep, she's a keeper.

I wish you'd quit talking about me. I've done dumb and unknowingly rude stuff that would curl your toes if you knew. But what can I do but repent especially when I realize it years later.

Not you. Guy bragging about no mask and not following one way aisles.

What is wrong with this country?!!??!!?!?!?!

Do you really think he was taking a dig toward George Floyd? Seemed like he was exaggerating how restrictive the mask was, at worst. Still douchey, but I think that tweet is drawing parallels where there are none.

who was it just a few days ago in here claim that hospitals were in great shape and have plenty of ICU units?
That was true a few days ago. Cases have increased quite a bit in the last few days if you haven’t noticed.

LOL...c'mon man

that's like saying "it was sunny Monday so who could predict it would be raining by Thursday"

it's been obvious for 2 weeks where this national clusterfuck was heading

Bro....... you honestly just typed this? You REALLY think that he didn't know, in this day in age, what he was saying. I don't know you personally, but one would hope you are just joking around. You can't be serious.

I know. I couldn't even think of a response.

I've done worse.
Let me give you an example out of the Millions of my bad bad mistakes. I once got drunk and stoned at a party. I then proceeded to tell this girl who just broke up with my best friend that she looked unattractive and that I was never attracted to her and I also said it so matter of factly that it was like I was just stating an honest fact. That was 50 years ago and I'm still ashamed. I've got a Million more like that.

Unfortunately, he is serious.

Yes it was me. And it’s true.

if that's the case, then there should be no articles stating how some hospitals are reaching max capacity again right?

https://abc13.com/covid-19-coronavirus-ewn-hospitals/6260615/

here's one from beginning of the month

https://www.newsweek.com/arizona-ic...percent-state-records-single-day-high-1510594

We also have states having record number of cases again and this is in the middle of summer with the hotter weather that was suppose to help slow and/or stop the virus. You seem to want to believe trump rather than your lying eyes. Poor choice if that's the case.
