Iowa. I think she's more likely to win than not, but it looks like a close race.
Iowa, almost as bad as Oklahoma. I knew one guy from Iowa and he was a Liberal. H loved Iowa although I'll never know why. When I left St. Louis to go to work in Seattle wife, mother-in-law and I drove thru Iowa. We stopped for lunch in that state and people stared at my wife and her mom like they were escaped animals from the zoo. It made for an uncomfortable lunch.

I have been following this. It sounded like things just got worse and worse. Had to get a leg amputated, had to get his lungs cleaned out several times, then need a lung transplant. So sad. Dude fought hard.

He was young only 41 and had no pre existing conditions. Let this be a wake up call to those who think the coronavirus is a joke. It's not. Take it seriously.

He did fight hard.

It's easy to get good doctors when you have money. My heart goes out to those with no money and no health insurance.

Are you referring to the three states with the biggest cities in the United States, cities that are the heart and financial centers of this country, states that support Red states?

ps
Democratic mayors don't count, in fact no mayors count because the governors have the power to override anything they try to do regarding the handling of the Covid-19 crisis. Some Blue states allow mayors to make decisions.

Were all supposed to die it seems. Well, I am going to be stubborn about it. If it means wearing a mask for the rest of my life, so be it.
I'm tenacious. When the grim reaper comes for me there's gonna be finger nail scratches as I claw the wall kicking and screaming. I won't go easy. If I do go, and I've got something like 9 risk factors, you can know that I fought every step of the way.

You said literally the same thing he did.

Outbreaks should consider an exponential growth model with time-- at the current rate the number of cases is doubling every three days. If you assume that even 1% of the population gets it, a 0.7% mortality rate as you and Trump surmise, that's 20k+ Americans dead.

The numbers are staggering and shouldn't be simply thrown aside because of the single digit mortality rate. Yes, the elderly are more prone, but the mortality rate already has that factor built into it.

I would do some more research before dismissing this as you are.
Jesus, this was my post in this thread in March. I thought 20k deaths was horrifying, and people here still disagreed with me at the time about the severity of this disease. We are sitting at 130k now, and still growing.

...lol...the flu itself is not what kills people, but instead the sometimes accompanying pneumonia.

...and the flu doesn't not cause permanent lung damage to survivors like covid often does.

Anyone even attempting to compare the flu to covid19 either doesn't know the facts or they are simply ignoring them.

I don't think he's done a good job on it. I do think, he's doing a better job than a democrat leader would.
