He was asked those very questions and no, I didn't take your post fully serious. I just saw it as a great opportunity to get what I imagined in my mind was a response to my hilarious post. Even Italy's "lockdown" allows people to leave their homes for certain things, like groceries and other tasks. I sincerely doubt any state or city is going to enforce people staying in their homes with police, let alone military.

Moscow Mitch's plan would give up to $1200 to citizens based on 2018 tax returns. So if you had a good job two years ago and are now unemployed, you could get half or nothing. There are big tax cuts for corporations, many of which already pay no federal income tax. Corporations used previous trillion dollar tax cuts for stock buybacks or executive bonuses, like airline industry. I have no problem helping small businesses but why should airlines get more, especially when so many people really hurting get nothing?
