Try quoting the post correctly.Wasn't pointing to you, but it has been relayed to me that there are people who instead of posting in the forum, do it secretly with PMs criticizing others.
My son that’s an electrician at Kaiser is being tested this morning. He started getting symptoms yesterday and had a zoom mtg with doc. Getting his test at his doctors clinic where someone comes out in the parking lot and does it.
Hopefully he test negative.

Wow. Nice reaction. What the hell is your problem now?...what post are you talking about?
FYI, I get quite a few PMs too.
Hoop, if you don't mind me asking, what was your Son's first symptom?...most people I've talked with said it started with a sore throat.
lol. I just watched the sniffing accountant episode of Seinfeld.I read a few days ago that one of the main early symptoms that happens before any fever, sore throat or the typical signs we have heard is the loss of smeel which has occure around a week before any symptoms. I now find myself smelling different things throughout the day, lol.
When a person is diagnosed with cancer (i went through this) they are given options on how to treat: In my case it was 1) do nothing 2) radiation 3) radiation pellets 4) chemo if warranted 5) surgery. Then you are told there are risk for each route. Some of the options can produce collateral damage to other areas. I would take the hydroxychlouine if I was very ill and there were no other options.Look, I'm not a doctor and I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express. I don't know if asthma would stop this treatment.
What I do know is that my former neighbor and friend is a retired military nurse and the hospital she works at is giving hydroxychloroquine to patients and she is taking it too.
If I get sick I'm going straight to her hospital and getting it.
Wow. Nice reaction.

No problem here.Nice assumption...seriously what were you expecting?...and again, what is your problem?
I hope you stay cancer-free for the rest of your days too! When a person is diagnosed with cancer (i went through this) they are given options on how to treat: In my case it was 1) do nothing 2) radiation 3) radiation pellets 4) chemo if warranted 5) surgery. This time of year I always end up getting dry skin so I use lotion. Every time I put the lotion on my oldest tells me, "Daddy you smell so good", weird kid.I must say the hand cleaner I have been using has a great smell.![]()
People are so different. I'd have told him to blow it out his assthread.I apologize, Cup.
No problem here.
Have a good day!
Slight, one but the one that got him on the phone was very tight chest with a few pains and shortness of breath, low grade fever.Hoop, if you don't mind me asking, what was your Son's first symptom?...most people I've talked with said it started with a sore throat.

There orders are that if you get ill stay home for 7 days unless you've been around possible carriers, then 14 plus?. Like many of the nurses and hospital workers many haven't been wearing mask (he never did) till now, unless they were in certain areas addressing patients. He's been working all over the hospital and also bring power to tents and trailer morgue.

I didn't see that loss of smell and taste came before fever but that's interesting. I heard Rudy Gobert talk about it. I also heard they weren't sure if taste was going to come back for some people.
Im not open to it because of what that guy says.My biggest issue is trump not knowing how detrimental taking it might be as people have various illnesses and take medications on a daily basis and we don't have the info as to how it interacts with all the other medications and illnesses people are dealing with. Will it interfere with peoples heart medications? how about how it interacts with diabetic medications such as insulin and many other examples. I think it's great that it and other treatments are showing some signs of helping but it is extremely irresponsible to put the cart ahead of the horse, especially when the experts speak of it very cautiously.
I have been using this Dr. Teals lavender lotion it's worked fairly well for me. Not sure I've ever heard of Cornhuskers lotion. When I first went to work for the company I was at for 27 years I was a chemical driver and we used rubber gloves to protect our hands but they would sweat inside and cause a rash to break out and really dry the skin. My dad was an automotive mechanic and he suffered from dry skin as well with all the parts washing in solvent to clean parts and he turned me on to cornhuskers lotion. Worked great as I stayed away from any perfumed type lotions to prevent possible interactions.
Ill be thinking about your son and his family too.Damn, that's tough.
I'm concerned because my Son and his family live in a city that has been hit very hard. As parents we always try our best to shield our children from harm, but this virus just makes me feel so helpless.
Best wishes, Hoop.

Sorry about your mom.Glad to hear it worked out for you and you are still cancer free. My mom had lung cancer and the plan was to have surgery and remove part of her lung to remove the cancer, but once they got in they found a growth on her esophougas which was inoperable so they elected not to go any further as removing the part of the lung would make her weaker and still have the cancer inside. They then went to radiation and some chemo treatment that gave her another 5 years. Keep up the good fight.
