America is being divided into two groups by these stay at home orders: Those who have enough because of personal financial situations or because they can work from home and earn enough to get by; and those who are wondering how they are going to pay for housing, other bills, or even their next meal. I get that what we’re seeing on TV so far is right-wingers and it’s easy to sneer at them, but these protests are going to spread as more and more people really start to hurt. It won’t be as easy for CNN and other media to portray them as stupid Trump supporters.
 
Not pointing out any posters. But there has been a lot of finger pointing at who is responsible for letting the virus into the country, and then letting it spread.

No one is talking about the real guilty party. The CDC.

The CDC is responsible for enforcing who is healthy enough to entire our country. The agency can stop anyone, at anytime, and turn them away or isolate them.

The CDC screwed up big time, from the very begining. Here is just one example.

Remember at the begining when USA citizens stranded on infected cruise ships where alowed to come home. Everyone was supposed to be given a test before travelling again.

For one plane load returning to the USA. The plane took off BEFORE the results were known. While in flight, it was announced that 5 or 6 (forgot exact number) tested positive. Now the entire plane load was exposed to the virus on a long ocean crossing flight.

That was not the worst error the CDC made. When the plane landed in the USA, only the 5/6 were put into isolation. Everyone else was allowed to board other planes and travel about freely.

Not sure why everyone tries to turn this into politics. The CDC did not do their fucking job.

100% agree. This won’t only be right wingers. When states aren’t getting their taxes revenue because businesses are closing down, public funded work will start seeing lay-offs. These politicians could see thousands more protest from both political spectrums.

  • This suggests that individuals were not previously informed if their family member was at risk of contracting the virus from another resident
  • 'We are requiring nursing homes to report to patients and their families if there are cases of COVID virus inside the nursing home,' the HHS official said
  • The elderly are at a heightened risk of falling fatal if they contract coronavirus
  • Social distancing guidelines recommend those over 60-years-old avoid leaving their homes for any reason other than seeking medical attention
