First it takes the engineers then it takes two to tango. By the way I've done plenty of construction arriving home all sweaty, dirty and dog tired which is why I watched my pennies and went back to school so I could learn to tell the workmen what they needed to know before they could do anything.

  • The roving protest against COVID-19 restrictions is still affecting traffic in DC

As usual. If the experts’ predictions span the entire spectrum of possible outcomes then naturally one of them will be correct and we can all conclude “the experts were right”

This is actually pretty clear. We will see an increase, though probably not a surge.

If we get a surge then they will have been wrong. Note, they are not saying there will definitely not be a surge. It's just not likely.
