That's just it. We have trump and his task force trot out the guidelines based on the CDC's recommendations with their 3 phase plan and states are opening right and left and no state meets phase one guidelines and some states have even gone well beyond the phase 1.

I've noticed that my own state's reporting of new cases/deaths/graphs has been altered on the worldometer site making it harder to get info...would not be surprised if this is intentional.
